Today is the Last Quarter Moon, which marks the final week of this lunar cycle, leading up to the New Moon in Aries (March 29th), which happens to be a Solar Eclipse.

The Last Quarter Moon is in Capricorn, a sign the Moon is unhappy in (or in its “fall” to use astro jargon). Here the Moon tends to be more emotionally restrained with a tendency to prioritize responsibilities over feelings. You may find yourself having a tougher time accessing your emotions with ease, perhaps wanting to hold them back. This may also make it challenging to hold space for the emotions of others.

This more stoic and serious lunar vibe is best used to focus on prioritizing your needs, setting goals, and doing more practical things. You may find yourself wanting solo time. This is especially amplified by the more introspective energy of a Last Quarter Moon. This isn’t the time to do, but rather, to reflect, reassess and restructure.

The moon makes 4 squares today (!!) to the Sun, Neptune and retrograde Mercury and retrograde Venus (all of which are in Pisces). It can be a more (in)tense day to socialize as conflict could arise if boundaries are not asserted or respected.

Keep yourself busy to avoid the more heavier lunar energies of today. A little distraction can also go a long way today.
