Today’s Balsamic Phase Moon is active and activating. The Moon changes signs from Pisces to Aries (4:36 pm ET). We are immersed into the sacred fire of Aries, which offers us healing every to help us burn away unaligned, negative and stagnant energy within.

We are a day away from the Solar Eclipse in Aries - a portal of transformation towards new beginnings. It may feel tender today, even exhausting to simply to everyday things.

The Moon also makes 7 aspects to other planets, furthering the overwhelm if we’re not mindful of where the energies are pulling us.

If it’s possible to find moments of intentional rest to reconnect with yourself and gather your energy inwards, please do so. If there are rituals and practices that help you do that, this is a good day to make time for those.

The Balsamic Moon is already a sacred, healing moment of each lunar cycle. We are preparing for something new each time this year, by letting go of what is not longer working for us. It’s a time of surrender. But more so this particular Balsamic Moon, since it’s lending way to an eclipse tomorrow.
